Ukraine

There is no import duty on goods shipped in one package from one sender to one consignee in Ukraine if the goods are of no commercial character, the total value does not exceed the amount equivalent to 150 EUR and the weight does not exceed 50 kg. It is permitted to send food packed by a manufacturer if a gross weight does not exceed 10 kg in one dispatch

It is prohibited to ship medicines, alcoholic drinks and cigarettes.

Republic of Moldova

Maximum weight of a parcel – 30 kg.

Maximum value of goods per recipient without payment of import duty is 150 EUR

It is forbidden to send drugs, dietary supplements (biologically active additives).

Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan

Maximum weight of a package – 30 kg.

In Uzbekistan is permitted to send no more than one parcel per recipient in one shipment of total value not more than $200 per month without paying import duty.

In Kazakhstan is permitted to send not more than one parcel per recipient in one shipment of total value not more than 200 EURO without paying import duty. 

Maximum value allowed without import duty to Kyrgyzstan – 200 EURO.

Georgia

Maximum weight of a parcel – 30 kg.

It is permitted to send no more than two parcels per recipient of total value up to $100 without paying import duties.

EU countries (not including Poland): Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and others

Maximum weight of a parcel – 30 kg.

A fee of 35% of the total value of the goods must be paid for each package. There are no import tax-free exceptions. The declaration form must include a detailed list of the contents of the package, including the goods’ quantities and values.

Poland

Maximum weight of a parcel – 30 kg.

The maximum value of goods per recipient that is imported tax-free is 45 EUR. The declaration form must include a detailed list of the contents of the package, including the goods’ quantities and values.

Customs authorities of all countries pay special attention to the correct completion of customs declarations, CN23, and an “Individual Waybill” as well as to the availability of enclosures of commercial character and items prohibited to import.

Correct filling of accompanying documents and registration of parcels in strict accordance with these regulations will ensure their timely delivery.
