Accompanying documents

Each package is accompanied by a customs declaration, CN23.

The completion of a customs declaration, CN23, is particularly important as customs clearance and delivering a parcel in a timely manner depend on it. The content of the parcel must be described on the customs declaration in details as follows: the list of items with the quantity and cost of each item specified herein. It is prohibited to list items in declarations by means of general wordings (for instance: used items , etc.).

Ukraine

  • There is no import duty on goods shipped in one package from one sender to one consignee in Ukraine if the goods are of no commercial character, the total value does not exceed the amount equivalent to 150 EUR and the weight does not exceed 50 kg. It is permitted to send food packed by a manufacturer if a gross weight does not exceed 10 kg in one dispatch
  • It is prohibited to ship medicines, alcoholic drinks and cigarettes.

Russian Federation

  • Maximum allowed value of goods in a parcel from a shipper in the U.S. to one recipient in Russia without payment of import duty is 1000 EUR. Maximum weight - 20 kg.
  • It is not permitted to send food, medicines, alcoholic drinks and cigarettes.

Republic of Moldova

  • Maximum weight of a parcel - 30 kg.
  • Maximum value of goods per recipient without payment of import duty is 200 EUR
  • It is forbidden to send drugs, dietary supplements (biologically active additives).

Republic of Belarus

  • Maximum weight of a parcel - 30 kg.
  • Maximum value of goods per recipient without import duty is 200 EUR.
  • Phones, plants, medicines, vitamins, dietary supplements, food products are forbidden for shipping

Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan

  • Maximum weight of a package - 30 kg, (20kg to Kazakhstan)
  • It is permitted to send no more than two parcels per recipient in one shipment of total value no more than $1000* without paying import duty (the value of USD 1000 includes the cost of transporting packages provided the goods are not in commercial quantities).
  • Maximum value allowed without import duty to Kyrgyzstan- $700

Georgia

  • Maximum weight of a parcel - 30 kg.
  • It is permitted to send no more than two parcels per recipient of total value up to $150 without paying import duties.

Republic of Armenia

  • Maximum weight of a parcel - 20 kg.
  • It is permitted to send one parcel per week per recipient of total value up to $150 without paying import duties. In Armenia, the value of mail content shall include the delivery cost from USA to Erevan by airplane in Armenia

Republic of Azerbaidzhan

  • Maximum weight of a parcel - 20 kg.
  • One may  send up to two parcels per recipient of total value not exceeding $1000 per month without paying import duty.

EU countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and others

  • Maximum weight of a parcel - 30 kg.
  • It is permitted to send up to two parcels per recipient of total value not exceeding 45 EUR each without paying import duty

Customs authorities of all countries pay special attention to the correct completion of customs declarations, CN23, and an "Individual Waybill" as well as to the availability of enclosures of commercial character and items prohibited to import.

Correct filling of accompanying documents and registration of parcels in strict accordance with these regulations will ensure their timely delivery.

Forbidden for sending in parcels

The following items are firmly prohibited from shipment, and will not be sent through our services for air gift parcels services ONLY. Any of these items being sent may result prosecution, heavy fines and imprisonment:

  • Aerosol cans / sprays (perfumes, varnishes, deodorants, etc)
  • Dangerous items (swords, knives, weapons, explosives, fireworks, radioactive materials, deactivated or replica weapons and ammunition)
  • Car parts (engines, generators, gearboxes or any part containing or having contained oil/petroleum, unless flushed through, gas amortization, airbags, accumulators, etc)
  • Fire extinguishers, life jackets
  • Electric appliances with batteries
  • Corrosives and flammables (paint, adhesives, chemicals, flammable resins, solvents, liquids, compressed air, items containing any gases, alcohols, lacquers acids)
  • Household goods containing flammable or corrosive liquids, such as oven or drain cleaners
  • Human or animal remains
  • Live animals
  • Magnets or items containing ferromagnetic material
  • Money or negotiable items e.g. stocks and bonds
  • Passports, birth certificates
  • Prescribed drugs, medication
  • Tobacco and tobacco products
  • Wet or lithium batteries (not including dry cell)
  • Animal skins, furs, any animal parts, ivory and ivory products
